Why is there a QR code on the back of this van?
If you’re here it’s probably because you’ve seen a QR code on the back of a white van and wondered what it was about.
So, hi, I’m Bryan, a wedding photographer who travels around the UK and Europe in his mobile office taking pretty pictures and generally just enjoying the scenery while bumping into random interesting people.
I started photographing weddings full time in 2009 and after a few years of getting bookings far from where I lived, I decided I needed a solution. So, in 2014 I bought the van you are probably stood behind as you are reading this.
I created a mobile office and a place to sleep if I didn’t fancy a long drive home after a long wedding day.
It turned out to be so much more than just my office on the go and has become my home from home. I work mostly in the summer and this van has taken me on a few extended trips around Europe often chasing warmer weather or keeping me cosy in -20 degrees climates as I travelled through the beautiful Alps.
If I’m about, just say ‘hi Bryan” and you’ll probably get a very confused look as I try to figure who you are and where we’ve met.
